How can you motivate your team during slow periods .

“If you are working on something that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you.” — Steve Jobs   You can’t always stay motivated but you should always have the passion and vision for your work and that’s what drives every individual to be the best in what they do . A business might have good days and bad days, but it doesn’t need to impact any individual. Anyhow ,there are many activities which can be implemented and motivate teams to engage and increase productivity. The following are some examples of initiatives I recommend:  Upskilling - As every individual have goals to enhance their knowledge and skills to be more productive and  engaging with their work in a given time limit or become quicker. Learning new skills would help them to have greater advantage in coming days.
