The blueprint for achieving goals:


P- Process of 
L- Learning &
A- Accepting the changes to /adapting to changes
N- Negotiate with current circumstances

Having a positive mindset during hard times is said to have won half the battle or think you have achieved half of your goals.


Often times we get to hear from our clients that they are having hard time getting along with their routine or giving up on no time . 


Mostly we lack in proper guidance and planning in achieving our goals  . The main point here to understand is that lack of planning and understanding the process  which plays a key role in achieving any goals in life . 


Small changes in your daily routine can provide huge transformation in the long run and it has a very positive impact on how you see and react to the situations .


Similarly small positive changes in your behavior will have a huge impact on  achieving your goals  .

which can be like -

sleeping an hour early and getting up early .

Choosing healthy foods over fast foods .

Calculating your daily intakes .

Spending more time with family and friends .

Spending daily 30-45 mins for your workouts .

Giving your health a priority .


All these can be done by step by step ,one at a time ,small changes leading to healthy body and healthy mind.


I have come with an abbreviation PLAN- which I have defined as follows -


P- Process 

The word ‘P’ in plan stands for process . You don’t achieve your goals in a day. As a famous quote states “ Rome was not built in a day “. It takes time to achieve your goals , so you need to trust the process and take it step by step .


L- Learning 

The second word stands learning . This is where you learn that nothing can be achieved without hard work , consistency and perseverance. This is where you learn many steps of achieving your goals. You gain knowledge from different sources , coaches , mentors on how to proceed in your goal.


A- Accepting /Adapting the changes 

   You might face many difficulties in achieving your goals . And no one ever said that it was easy . So , in order to achieve your goals you must  be willing to accept or adapt to  positive behavior changes that are required . 


N- Negotiating with current circumstances 


  This is as similar to as accepting the changes , in this you must be able to differentiate between positive and negative changes  that is required for your goals . Any negative behavior which is restricting you from achieving your goals can  be replaced by positive behavior  which is very reproductive in the near future .


So in order to achieve one’s goal one must have positive attitude towards their goals  and the most important here is planning . The blueprint is required to how, why and when the steps are to be taken and within what time period it can be achieved. Your blueprint  will be the first step to anything .
